For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by human behavior. This curiosity first led me to study psychology, and later guided me toward a career in education.

For many years, I worked with youth in both residential and school settings —first as a youth worker, then as a teacher. My journey continued through various roles, including educational advisor and school principal. These experiences helped me develop a deep sensitivity to human dynamics and the importance of authentic connection.

Over time, I felt an inner calling to explore other paths—approaches that care for the whole person: body, energy, and emotions. This led me to discover breathwork and energy healing, practices that deeply transformed both my personal path and the way I support others.

Today, I dedicate myself fully to these powerful tools for inner healing. Through breathwork and energy healing sessions, I support individuals who wish to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with their deeper essence. My approach is rooted in attentive listening, compassion, and the creation of a safe and supportive space for transformation.
